Dear customer,

Eurofiber will be having a scheduled maintenance on our network soon. This work is necessary to continue guaranteeing the high quality and reliability of their network. They will make sure to minimize the duration of any impact on our connection. These activities have been registered as KA-736002 .

The service window runs from June 18, 2020 - 22:45 local time till June 19, 2020 - 07:00 local time local time. Our local time is CET in the winter and CEST during the summer.

Reconstruction work is carried out by the local/county council. Eurofiber is obliged to physically move a section of their network. We are unable to provide a specific timetable or order of works. Please consider that the interruption may last during the complete service window.

During the maintenance our secondary route should carry all traffic and you might only see some link flapping. No further impact is expected.
