Monitoring

Dear customer,

This morning you could have experienced some instability issues, preceded by increased latency, on our network due to recalculation of the routing tables. This was caused by link flapping of one of our IP-transit feeds as well as our connection to AMS-IX and DE-CIX, which are all delivered by the same supplier.

To prevent further issue we have shut this IP-transit peering as well as our connections to AMS-IX and DE-CIX.

Traffic is now automatically routed through Luxemburg as well as our other peerings in Amsterdam and Schinnen. Some link flapping may have occured due to BGP recalculation.

Start Date / Start Time (CET): 2024-10-17 - 11:27
End Date / End Time (CET):

No further impact is expected on our network.

When the issue has been resolved by our external supplier, we’ll re-enable the affected peerings.

Should you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please feel free to contact Emango @ 088-4435200 or e-mail support@emango.nl.
