The Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) reports an issue. We have seen some link flapping of our AMS-IX peerings and are closely monitoring the situation. The urgent swap mentioned below has already taken place and we expect this to solve the issue at AMS-IX. For the last 2 hours it might have caused some delays to some destinations.

DESCRIPTION:

Dear Customers/Members,

We have to inform you that we need to urgently swap all the customers connected to the switch stub-tel-339 because it has been unstable for the last two hours. Currently, we have seen 2 reboots of the line card 3 (incident NOC24X7-69816), the switch has stopped responding to SNMP queries, and sFlow statistics is affected. We are going to start the swaps in 5 minutes.
