Issue

Dear Customer,

As probably come to your attention, there are several floods in the border area between Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany due to extreme weather conditions. Our fiber connection between Luxembourg and The Netherlands is down due to the effects of the flooding. The fiber supplier cannot reach the affected site because of evacuations and closed areas/roads.

This outage causes decreased redundancy at / to our Bettembourg datacenter. We would like to inform you that our connection in Bettembourg is still operational due to our fiber connection to Germany. We will closely monitor the situation and will inform you if there are any updates.

Providing no further issues with additional flooding, the link should not go down.
